An International Research Conference on Buddhist Studies was held on January 17, 2026, at the University of IBEC (IBEC Buddhist University), located in the Sagaing Hills.
The conference brought together Buddhist scholars, researchers, monks, and academics from both Myanmar and abroad to share their research findings, studies, and insights related to various aspects of Buddhism.
